How can I help?


A couple weeks ago, you requested some information that we gave you. I'm sure you're super busy, but I haven't heard from you. This leads me to believe that either you didn't get what you needed, you changed your mind or you've concluded we can't help you.

Frankly, if any of those reasons for you not responding is true, I haven't done my job. And I hate not doing my job. I'd really appreciate it if you'd give me a chance to address your concerns. Or, at the very least, please let me know why you have concluded we can't help. I bet you'll be surprised if you give me a chance.
